Description - Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings.
- Administer medication and monitor patient reactions.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or relevant field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of nursing experience
- Skills and Competencies: PHRN certification, strong work ethic, medical knowledge, quality assurance, and reporting skills
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure adherence to patient care protocols and safety standards
- Working Conditions: Varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in hospital or clinical settings
