- Respond to Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp/Messenger inquiries
- Follow up leads
- Prepare quotations
- Explain programs
- Convert inquiries into enrollment
- Maintain lead database
- Follow up inactive students
- Promote upcoming workshops
- Upsell additional programs
Marketing responsibilities
- Develop monthly marketing calendar
- Plan promotions
- Manage social media posting
- Coordinate content production
- Coordinate digital advertising
- Develop partnerships
- Manage email/SMS campaigns
- Promote exhibits and performances
- Monitor competitors
