JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree holder in any related field At least 3 to 4 years of experience in managerial role Experience working in Manufacturing company is an advantage Amenable to attend interview Able to start as soon as possibleJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Set sales targets and monitor team performance. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
