- Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to address challenges and provide feedback.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to align strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
