We're seeking a IT - Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, engineering-driven environments. This role demands a sharp operator who can drive clarity, accountability, and delivery across multiple complex projects — spanning web applications, gaming platforms, or real-time digital services.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution across software and gaming development initiatives.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, roadmaps, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Implement standardized project management methodologies and best practices.
• Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure delivery cadence across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to define scope and technical requirements.
• Support architecture and development decisions
• Translate high-level strategies into actionable technical tasks and engineering deliverables.
• Develop or oversee the creation of technical documentation, support manuals, and operational specs.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional development teams.
• Define and maintain service-level agreements and operational agreements.
• Oversee resource onboarding, training, and capability delivery.
• Manage vendor/partner support processes and conduct capability testing and validation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the software and gaming industry.
• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in a professional setting.
• Deep understanding of development lifecycles, pipelines, and live service operations.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience running all related ceremonies.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, actionable plans and timelines.
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and making decisions based on business and user value.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities , balancing priorities and building trust across teams.
