Position: IT Project Manager
Work Setup: Full Onsite, BGC
Employment Type: Project-based
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across the full project lifecycle
- Plan, define, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Apply SDLC-based project management best practices throughout project execution
- Manage stakeholders and provides clear updates on project progress.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Qualification:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in end-to-end project management, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Strong knowledge in Risk Management and/or Compliance.
- Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge in SDLC-based project management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
