Avaloq Technical Manager

- Manage end-to-end implementation of core banking system
- Overall planning, execution, monitoring, management, and leadership of projects
- Working with various stakeholders, running workshops and liaison person of clients and project team
- Lead, coordinate and supervise the activities of the project/programme team
- High capability to multi-task, splitting time between multiple project/programme
- Provide advice on best practice techniques for implementation
- Ensure the experience of engaging for delivery exceeds client’s expectation
- Reporting to leadership, solution oriented in managing risk and issues
- Avaloq Banking Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Sciences or equivalent in Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in IT systems development, project management and client communications
- Proven track record as overall project leader in medium to large IT projects
- Ability to work independently, organized and task oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
- Good command of the written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in leading and coaching a team
- Project Management qualification or certification is a plus
- Avaloq Certified
- Experience with banking or financial applications will be an asset
- Experience on Avaloq, InvestCloud or Temenos platform will be an asset
- Business Analyst experience related to Financial Services
