Sales Controlling Business Partner - North America

QIAGEN seeks a Sales Controlling Business Partner to deliver financial insights and analytics for the North America Sales organization. This role combines data analysis with commercial acumen, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making through recurring reports and business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop recurring sales reports, analytical models, and management materials from large datasets
- Analyze revenue and performance drivers including pricing, volume, portfolio trends, and sales funnel metrics
- Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and support annual budgeting and mid-term planning activities
- Own selected business-partnering activities, performance reviews, and cross-functional alignments independently
- Support sales commission calculations and monitor regional costs while improving reporting processes
Requirements
- Experience in sales controlling, commercial finance, FP&A, sales finance, or sales analytics
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency handling large, complex data sets
- Knowledge of forecasting, planning concepts, and revenue drivers (pricing, volume, mix, funnel)
- Ability to translate financial analysis into clear management insights and recommendations
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across Finance, Sales, and other departments
- Comfortable with night-shift schedule to support North America Sales operations
