What You'll Do

As a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, you'll be matched with a dedicated client (we call them Founders) and provide marketing and admin support to help grow their business.

You'll work on tasks such as:

• Managing and scheduling social media content 
• Setting up email marketing automations
• Creating landing pages and marketing funnels
• Designing digital assets like PDFs, course materials, and presentations
• Supporting CRM management, inbox, and calendar tasks

Full training is provided

You'll graduate from our onboarding program with practical skills used by digital marketers every day.

Role Details

• Full-time, long-term employment (not freelance)
• Night shift required (clients are primarily based in North America)
• Includes 10% night differential
• Guaranteed salary increases every six months for your first five years

You're a Strong Fit If You:

• Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• With atleast 1 year of work experience from any industry
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable with Canva, Google Suite, and social platforms
• Have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Are disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Have a reliable WFH setup with backup internet and power 
• Are based in the Philippines and available for night shift work
