Branch Supervisor

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
- Maintain high-quality food and service standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Develop strategies for improving our customers' dining experience
- Work with staff to project future needs for operational supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
- Manage the work schedules of the restaurant's staffs
- Overseeing food/drinks preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food/drink supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Accomplish reports and other tasks as assigned
- Reports any irregularities to Superior
