Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cold Calling role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Cold Caller will contact prospective and existing business customers to introduce Koroot’s loyalty solutions, explain key features and benefits, and qualify leads for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, following structured call scripts while tailoring conversations to each prospect, and recording accurate call notes and outcomes in the CRM. The role involves scheduling product demos or follow-up meetings, responding to basic questions about pricing and implementation, and maintaining a consistent call volume to meet lead generation targets. The Cold Caller will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share feedback from conversations and help refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear phone etiquette, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Candidates should possess sales and cold calling skills, such as objection handling, lead qualification, and experience working with call targets or KPIs.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, including a client-focused mindset and the ability to explain solutions in a simple, helpful way.
- Candidates should possess basic technical and digital literacy skills, including comfort working with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and online platforms.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage call lists, follow-up activities, and documentation efficiently.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred, especially in B2B or technology products.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is highly beneficial for communicating with a wide range of customers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, maintain a professional attitude under pressure, and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
