REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin. Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Having at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment on Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements Source candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, manpower agencies) Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Maintain and update the applicant tracker and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
