COMPANY PROFILE: An international European contact center specializing in IT has expanded its presence in the Philippines. The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team. Industry: Multinational Consulting Company Location: McKinley, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am-6pm | Monday-Friday) Salary: Php 80,000-Php 90,000 Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
- Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
- Having 7 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
- Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
- Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
- Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Managing and supervising multiple product and packaging innovation projects, guiding them from concept development through to market launch for a top Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client.
- Lead and coach innovation project teams, promoting best practices and knowledge gained from other projects.
- Track and update project progress, ensuring records reflect milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the initial plan.
- Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong strategic influence to drive cross-functional teams toward execution
- Solid technical and organisational abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills in terms of written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Skilled in coordinating and supporting various stakeholders
- Able to prioritise tasks and adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Culturally aware and capable of working effectively with international teams
- Excellent at building relationships, communicating, and influencing others
- Highly committed, focused, and determined to succeed in demanding work conditions.
