Description - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service skills, scheduling experience.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, team player, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a call centre environment with flexible hours.
