Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
