Import Air and Seafreight Operations Specialist

Job Description: Must have full knowledge of end-to-end import operations air and sea Handling client calls and coordinating with the team Registration consolidation and shipment processing E-documentation (e-docing) Monitoring of shipments, including TS checks and ETA tracking ISF (Importer Security Filing) management Coordination with transportation, monitoring of delivery and brokerage services. Email management Doc loading Outturn Invoicing Requirement: Experience with Cargowise or similar systems is an advantage Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms Organizational and time-management skills Strong verbal and written English communication skills Excellent customer service orientation Strong familiarity with internet and MS Office applications Amenable to work in rotating shifts, holidays and weekends Others: Permanent WFH* (terms and conditions apply). One-month onsite training required. HMO and Life insurance coverage on the first day of work. Company to provide internet allowance and PC. 20% Night Differential and Other Allowance Loyalty award and Others.
