Branch Manager

- Supervise daily branch operations and ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead and motivate branch staff to reach sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance customer management skills.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: atleast 1 year of experience in branch management or a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer management abilities and excellent communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to lead a team and achieve financial targets
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and customer service
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours to meet branch needs
