- As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring efficiency in resource allocation and seamless coordination across teams.
- Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Develop and implement a structured project plan with SMART metrics and clear deliverables.
- Manage event activations, including manpower hiring, operational planning, and client coordination.
- Supervise Project Supervisors, Local Coordinators, and Team Leaders, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Conduct on-site inspections within the first 3 days to assess execution quality and recommend adjustments.
- Act as a solution provider by optimizing event strategies and ensuring top-tier execution.
- Maintain project documentation, including briefing decks, cost estimates, inventory reports, and post-event evaluations.
- Oversee materials and stock management, aligning with warehouse personnel and project teams.
- Proven experience in Project Management, Events, or Marketing Activations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Willing to work on-site as required for project execution.
