Description - Provide exceptional customer service support in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively answer customer questions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
