Description - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure smooth collections.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment agreements and resolve disputes effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to align collections with company goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
