Description
- Collect outstanding payments and overdue accounts from clients.
- Drive to various locations to meet with clients and facilitate collections.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Develop and foster relationships with clients to encourage timely payments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to drive and travel to client locations as needed.
