Recruitment Associate

The Recruitment Associate supports the full-cycle hiring process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, people-focused, and interested in building a career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings
- Coordinate interviews and communicate schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
- Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics as needed
- Support recruitment events such as job fairs or campus hiring initiatives
- Wiling to assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong
- Willing to start asap
