Media Buyer

What You’ll Do
1. Plan and execute campaigns focused on awareness and consideration (reach, video views, engagement, traffic)
2. Scale high-performing content from creators, KOLs, and brand-owned assets
3. Structure campaigns based on content angles, platform behavior, and audience strategy
4. Partner closely with the Brand team to continuously test and refine content formats, hooks, and messaging angles
5. Optimize campaigns based on upper funnel KPIs while aligning with overall campaign objectives
6. Deliver clear weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Who We’re Looking For
1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta and TikTok Ads
2. Strong understanding of upper funnel optimization
3. Familiar with TikTok-native behavior
4. Highly analytical, but with strong creative judgment
5. Experience in beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
