What You'll Do
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Create exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty
- Understand customers' health goals and recommend the right solutions
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling (not hard selling)
- Maintain premium merchandising and store presentation
- Ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence
- Master product knowledge across multiple health categories
You will gain exposure to sales, merchandising, inventory, cashiering, and operations — preparing you for advancement.
