Retail Sales Assistant

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
- Advise customers by providing information on products
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Represent MKS Workforce Management Services with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic mathematical skills, and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greeting customers, assisting in product selection, managing inventory, handling transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Personable, motivated, attentive to detail, and a team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
