Local Controlling Data Science Intern

What you´ll do

• Support digitalization and automation of controlling activities and reports
• Develop automated reports and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Assist in process optimization initiatives within the Controlling function
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement automation solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and data-driven

What makes you a good fit 

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or controlling concepts; Interest in process improvement and digitalization
• Proficiency in Excel and interest in data automation tools (e.g., Power BI, VBA, or similar); Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills;
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least six hundred (600) on-the-job training hours
