Position Summary
We are looking for a Finance Intern who will support the finance and administrative team in daily accounting and financial operations. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who would like to gain hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and business operations within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents and reports
• Support invoice processing, monitoring of expenses, and filing of records
• Help maintain accurate accounting and finance documentation
• Assist in data entry and reconciliation tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding finance-related requests
• Support administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the finance team
• Ensure confidentiality of financial information and company records
Qualifications
• Currently taking or recently completed a degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, or related courses
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work onsite if required
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
