The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that all branches maintain excellence in service and product quality standards by conducting thorough inspections and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols. They are responsible for verifying that all personnel adhere to company policies and industry regulations to uphold excellent customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- Experience in the food industry (restaurants, fast food chains, or manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality standards.
- Prior experience in quality assurance is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strict approach to quality control.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime, holidays, and rest days.
- Willing to travel to any branch as needed.
