Job Description
ELITECORE Manpower Services Inc. is looking for a Bookkeeper Specialist to manage and maintain accurate financial records for the organization. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and payroll reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the accounting cycle and ensure accurate financial reporting.
2. Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain daily financial transactions.
3. Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile accounts up to trial balance.
4. Generate Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
5. Maintain BIR Books of Accounts and file Income Tax Returns (Quarterly & Annually).
6. Prepare and maintain Summary of Payroll Cost of Services.
7. Assist in other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Head.
Qualifications
1. Strong knowledge of the accounting cycle and bookkeeping principles.
2. Proficiency in preparing journal entries, trial balance, and financial statements.
3. Familiarity with tax compliance and BIR filing requirements.
4. Experience in payroll cost tracking and reporting.
5. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
7. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
8. At least 2 years of accounting experience.
