MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN III (ASSEMBLY)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school education or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of technical training, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality, with exposure to ISO/TS Quality Management System requirements.
- Hands-on experience using measuring instruments such as microscopes, calipers, force testers, profile projectors, and height gauges.
- Experience in First Article Inspection, setup, patrol and final inspection, line audits, dock audits, and executing stamping quality activities.
- Ability to work independently, conscientiously, and in an organized manner.
- Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Fundamental understanding of quality principles.
- Willing to be assigned at TE Connectivity Manufacturing Philippines, FPIP I Tanauan, Batangas for direct hire.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the proper operation of machines to achieve production targets.·
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize production interruptions.
- Conduct equipment setup and changeovers for different production runs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
