Sales Technician

- Provide expert technical support and guidance during the sales process.
- Conduct pre-sale product demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Facilitate after-sales installations and ensure a seamless transition for customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the implementation of aftermarket software solutions for clients.
- Provide ongoing after-sales service and technical support to clients as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology/ I.T related Course with Tesda NCII Certificate.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales management processes
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with aftermarket software implementation
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
