Maintenance Technician - Mechanical Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Conduct equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery and mechanical systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain equipment records.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and equipment specifications.
- Coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams to resolve equipment-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintenance standards.
- Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (LME).
- Fresh graduates and newly licensed Mechanical Engineers are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and industrial equipment.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to be assigned at LIMA Technology Center, Lipa City, Batangas.
