Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Cold Caller to contact leads from provided call lists. The role involves making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, gathering basic property information, and accurately updating call results in Google Sheets. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persistent, organized, and comfortable speaking with property owners and potential sellers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners and potential sellers.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information.
- Maintain professional and engaging conversations with prospects.
- Record and update call outcomes accurately in Google Sheets.
- Conduct follow-ups as needed to nurture potential leads.
Job Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone presence.
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
