Booking Salesman

Job Summary

We are looking for a Booking Salesman to handle customer visits, secure Purchase Orders (POs), develop B2B accounts, and achieve assigned sales targets within Cagayan. The role will promote Noyona’s hair color, keratin, and beauty products while maintaining strong relationships with business accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to assigned distributors, wholesalers, retailers, drugstores, and other B2B accounts
• Present and promote Noyona’s products to customers
• Secure Purchase Orders (POs) from existing and potential accounts
• Submit confirmed POs and order details to Noyona for processing
• Follow up pending orders and coordinate with customers regarding deliveries
• Develop new accounts and maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Monitor product movement and customer replenishment needs
• Meet assigned sales and booking targets
• Prepare and submit regular sales and field activity reports
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and sales
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, booking sales, FMCG, distribution, or wholesale
• Experience handling distributors, wholesalers, drugstores, or retail accounts is an advantage
• Familiarity with the Cagayan market and existing B2B connections is a plus
• Good communication, negotiation, and selling skills
• Target-oriented and willing to conduct regular fieldwork
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, for preparing sales and activity reports
• Able to maintain accurate records and submit reports on time
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Driver’s license and own motorcycle is an advantage
