Educational Lay-Out Officer

Job Summary
EduQuest Inc. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Educational Lay-Out Artist who will design and enhance learning materials into visually engaging, organized, and learner-friendly content aligned with educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and format e-books, teacher guides, worksheets, infographics, presentations, and book covers.
- Ensure all materials follow branding, layout, and design standards.
- Improve content readability and engagement through images, icons, and graphics.
- Prepare materials for LMS upload and different screen sizes.
- Coordinate with the Content Team, educators, and IT for feedback and LMS integration.
- Maintain templates, design assets, and organized project files.
- Review layouts for accuracy, consistency, and quality before publishing.
- Stay updated on design trends and e-learning content best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Education, or any related field.
- Experience in layout or graphic design; educational content experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have own laptop suitable for design and layout work.
