Customer Service Representative - Lending (onsite)

- Answer customer inquiries and guide customers through the loan process
- Handle customer complaints
- Assist in modifying customer system information
- Actively complete the sales target stipulated by the company or promised by the department;
- Provide customers with active, enthusiastic, satisfactory and thoughtful business consulting services;
- Develop and maintain customer resources, and establish a good cooperative relationship with customers.
- With experience in Fintech/Lending Company
- Familiar with computer
- Have good coordination, communication skills, interpersonal skills and a good attitude;
- Good teamwork spirit and customer service awareness;
- Familiar with the business model of telemarketing or customer service;
- Relevant working experience is preferred
