Cost Accountant Officer in Laguna

Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor standard cost structures and costing system Conduct cost, margin, and variance analysis (materials, labor, overhead) Prepare cost of goods manufactured (COGM), cost of goods sold (COGS), and departments to validate cost data Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other concerned departments to validate cost data Review and analyze inventory movements and reconciliation reports Implement internal controls related to costing and inventory valuation Assist in internal and external audits Supervise and train cost accounting staff Perform other cost-related tasks as maybe assigned Required Skills/Competencies Strong analytical & Problem Solving Skills Understanding of manufacturing processes Supervisory & leadership skills Knowledge of accounting standards Training/Experience/Education Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA/CMA license preferred but not required 3-5 years of meaningful experience in Cost Accounting preferably manufacturing Background in audit or management accounting is an advance Code- DRMI-00398
