Your Responsibilities:
- Manage patient communication through phone and email, including appointment confirmations
- Coordinate referrals, pre-authorizations, and follow-up activities
- Maintain and update patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Prepare, generate, and distribute medical reports
Requirements
- Accepting applicants who are high school graduates, college undergraduates, or degree holders
- No prior experience required, though related experience is a plus
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Onsite position based in McKinley, Taguig
