Your role will involve understanding the issue, guiding customers through possible solutions, and documenting concerns accurately. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting customers with technical and service-related concerns Troubleshooting device, software, connectivity, and account issues Providing step-by-step solutions and guidance Identifying and documenting technical issues accurately Assisting with basic account and service requests Guiding customers through troubleshooting procedures Escalating complex technical concerns when needed Following technical support procedures and service standards Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals Build Skills You Can Use Beyond the Role Technical support can help you strengthen skills in troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
