Qualifications
. Completed Senior High School or a Bachelor’s Degree holder.
· With or without Customer Service work experience.
· Ability to communicate in English effectively.
. Basic computer navigation skills.
· Must be dynamic and open for new learnings.
· Willing to work on a night shift onsite
Tasks & responsibilities
- Talks to customers on the telephone; presents software value to customers; and promptly recognize clients’ needs.
- Solves routine and complex problems using information sources provided, or by conceptual and innovative thinking, with or without supervision.
- Recognizes problems, collects and analyzes data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions with minimal supervision.
- Works closely with Supervisor in matters that need escalation to the appropriate internal authority and issues requiring immediate attention and resolution. Provides special reports to Supervisor on as needed basis.
- Takes ownership of assigned cases including documentation, making follow up calls, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
