- Conduct diagnostic and troubleshooting assessments on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee installation and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to assist in system design and implementation.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians on system operations and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and project progress.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, project management, and system design
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in troubleshooting, quality management, and system integration
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments, including residential and commercial settings
