KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
- Handle recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations and address HR-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with employees and management on various HR matters and initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and monitor relevant employee data.
- Post and manage job openings through JobStreet, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Assist in improving HR processes and workplace practices.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration, or related functions.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Experience with JobStreet, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms is a plus.
