To lead the overall performance of the business unit, ensuring achievement of strategic, financial, and operational objectives while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the business unit's overall strategy, operations, and growth initiatives
- Drive revenue generation, profitability, and sustainable business performance
- Oversee project execution and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and business performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and industry regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- PRC Licensed Engineer is an advantage
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with significant leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive business results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
