Business Development Officer

Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in product and/or brand management is preferred, is data-driven and sales-oriented, with strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquires new customers for the company by actively prospecting and engaging potential clients, while also nurturing existing customer relationships through effective after-sales service initiatives.
- Works diligently to secure monthly sales targets, employing strategic sales techniques and leveraging market insights to meet or exceed set objectives.
- Takes an active role in the development and presentation of marketing materials tailored to engage and resonate with target customers, ensuring alignment with company branding and messaging.
- Provides valuable input in the creation of marketing collateral, offering insights and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of materials used to introduce new products and services, ultimately contributing to successful market penetration and increased brand awareness.
