Sales Development Representative

Description - Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead generation strategies.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update accurate records of potential customers in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to team goals.
Requirements
- A graduate (or equivalent), driven, coachable, strong communicator.
- 0–1 year experience — fresh graduates welcome.
- Resilient, organised and hungry to grow.
- College graduate (Business, Marketing, IT or related) or equivalent.
- Strong communication; resilient, coachable, target-driven.
- Familiarity with the Philippine SMB/SME market a plus.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
