Compliance Associate

Regulatory, Permits and Licenses
1. Prepares application for Business Permit and License to Operate renewal
2. Secures and collates necessary requirements for the application for Business Permit and License renewal
3. Submits application for renewal of Business Permit and License in the respective LGU's BPLO
4. Secures Tax Order of Payment (TOP) from respective BLPO
5. Processes TOP and request payment, Manager's Check, from Treasury Department
6. Pays TOP in the respective LGUs'
7. Secures Business Permit and License to Operate duly issued by LGU's BPLO
Real Property Tax (RPT)
1. Prepares necessary requirements to request RPTs' from the Assessor's Office
2. Processes assessment for RPTs' and request payment, Manager's Check, from Treasury Department
3. Pays RPTs' in the respective LGUs'
4. Files the Official Receitps of the RPT in its docket
Bureau of Customs (BOC)1. Prepares application for application to renew BOC Accreditation as Importer
2. Secures and collates necessary requirements for the application for renewal of BOC Accreditation as Importer
3. Updates Client Profile Registration System (CPRS) in the BOC Portal
4. Pays renewal in the BOC Office
5. Submits updated and duly signed application for renewal and CPRS, with mandatory requirements
6. Secures Renewed Certificate of Accreditation as Importer
Accreditations' Requirements
1. Facilitates in securing Certified True Copies (CTCs') from government agencies for:
● Procurement
● Quality Assurance (QA)
● Other Departments, as required
Importation
1. Assists importation team in the review advance shipping documents and monitor shipments, as necessary
2. Coordinates to the suppliers for any issues with the shipping documentations
3. Coordinates to the Customs' Brokers with the shipments' clearing and releasing
4. Coordinates to Warehousing and Logistics in regard to shipments' delivery
QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of any Business course, BS in Accountancy is preferred Experience: Preferably with One (1) year relevant experience in Business Permit Application and Renewal; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Skills: Analytical, pro-active and people personVacancy posted 1 day ago
