About the role
The Hub Support Associate is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the logistics hub, ensuring the proper handling, sorting, scanning, and movement of parcels and shipments to support timely and accurate deliveries.
Key responsibilities
Receive, sort, scan, and segregate incoming and outgoing parcels
Assist in organizing shipments according to designated routes and delivery areas
Monitor and record parcel movements using the hub's scanning system
Ensure parcels are properly labeled and handled with care
Assist delivery personnel in loading and unloading shipments
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the hub
Report missing, damaged, or incorrectly sorted parcels to the supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
About you
At least a High School graduate or Senior High School graduate
Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling parcels
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if required
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or parcel handling is an advantage
