Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Quick learner with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work on-site, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Maintain organized records and files both digitally and physically.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare materials as needed.
- Provide support in project management and reporting.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications.
