Housekeeping Supervisor

Description - Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and service.
- Train new hires in housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Inventory and order cleaning supplies, ensuring they meet company quality standards.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in a housekeeping role, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices and safety standards.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
