Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (Basic to Proficient) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, online sales, FMCG, or digital commerce. Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is highly preferred. Background in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms. Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, market share, and profitability. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and major marketplace events. Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, pricing, inventory, and key performance indicators. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, warehouse, and product teams to ensure efficient operations. Manage online advertising budgets and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, business partners, or headquarters regarding product and operational matters, as applicable. Lead the e-commerce team in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
